I dont usually write reviews, but I make an exception here, I just loved the Terminator quote that I couldnt hold myself from giving them a fair review. The app is great and does the job as intended, its mobile friendly and the auto sign-in feature is definitely a plus.. The only thing that needs attention from the team is the minutes/data consumption bar as it doesnt seem to reflect accurately! Thats all great job & sorry for the long review!

Good app. Can get a lot of information on the account. Please add the option to pay all the bills under the same account. Its time consuming to pay each bill separately.

Please, pleaaaaaaase give us the ability to check our internet usage, its kinda our basic right as customers. Might as well add call and text usage. This should not be requested in the 21st century, it should be a given.....

Thanks for a great app. It would have gotten a 5 stars if : 1- it does not hang on me whenever I am trying to make a payment 2- it could have shown me my basic plan info like what Shahry plan I am subscribed to and my min/ Mb balance 3- allow me to add/ remove simple services like upgrading my Shahry Plan so I dont have to go the branch or call the call center

I cant pay all bills in one time , plus if I pay one by one they will only allow me to pay one bill then it will be error for the rest of the bills. I am facing this since the last update . Please fix it.

Ooredoo app is really great but why you didnt add ownership swap in the app just like Metrash we can change the owner within the app
